Partnership Priorities and Strategic Plan

The KSCMP has agreed priorities for 2026-27 which focus on the fundamental purpose of the Partnership. Our priorities are to deliver a safeguarding system which means that:

Fewer children experience abuse
Fewer children experience neglect
Fewer children experience exploitation

Our strategic plan sets out how progress in each of these areas will be sought and understood by the Partnership.
