Multi-agency training

We offer a variety of multi-agency classroom,virtual and e-learning based training courses and learning events for those working with children, young people and families in Kent.

Important note: The training administration charge no longer applies from 1st October 2026. The non-attendance fee is still in place.

How to access our courses

All our courses are accessible via our online training portal.

Login Create an account

To complete an e-learning course please enrol onto the course. To book onto a classroom or virtual course you will need to enrol onto the course then book onto the date you wish to attend.

Please note the system will not allow you book/enrol onto a course on behalf of a colleague. All individuals wishing to access one our courses will need to do so via their own account.

Those who do not already have an account registered with our training portal will need to create one.

All users must have their own account, the system will not allow you to create accounts for the whole setting/agency.

Forgotten login details

If you have forgotten your password, please try to reset by using the 'reset password option'. Should this not work please email kscmptraining@kent.gov.uk.

Certification

Certificates will be accessible once the course has been completed/attended and the feedback form completed in the MeLearning portal. Certificates must be downloaded via your training account, as we do not send them directly.
