Child Safeguarding: Basic Awareness

By attending this half-day, face to face course, practitioners will be able to increase their understanding of:

• the KSCMP
• law and guidance relevant to safeguarding children
• types of child abuse
• recognising and responding to child abuse
• information sharing and consent
• practice reviews
